Yoga Poses to practice
Flex both feet. Direct your breath into tight hip muscles. From your back, lift your right foot off the floor and place your left ankle across your right thigh.
Stretches: Abs & chest.
From the belly, rest your hands lightly on the floor next to your chest. Use your back to lift your chest up and forward. Draw your shoulders back and down.
Stretches: Hip Flexors. Abdominals. Chest. Shoulders.
Stretches: Glutes. Hamstrings. Shoulders. Calves.
