BREATHING EXERCISE:

 

Practice by sitting tall, either crossed legged on the floor or in a chair, or by lying on your back pillow under your knees. Close your lips and breathe deeply through your nose.

What do you notice about the quality of your breath?

How does nose breathing make you feel?
