A regular Yoga practice, gives you all the benefits of traditional yoga. Best results are achieved by practicing 3 to 5 times a week for 30 to 60 mins per workout. The benefits are many including:

Practice by sitting tall, either crossed legged on the floor or in a chair, or by lying on your back pillow under your knees. Close your lips and breathe deeply through your nose.
