HOW CAN I STRENGTHEN MY BODY AND CORE?

Here's a exercise you can practice at home.

OPPOSITE ARM AND LEG RAISES

What's it good for? To tone the arms, torso and backs of the legs. This exercise also to practice lengthening through the whole the body and learning to centre the weight. 

1. Start on your hands and knees over the ball, and then adjust your weight so that the ball is resting underneath your hips and your weight is equal between your hands and feet.

2. Extend your right arm and left leg away from you along the floor. When you have lengthened as far as possible, allow them to rise off the floor until they are parallel with it.

3. Keep the length through the body as you lower the arm and leg back to your starting position.
